Description
Shot in Bogotás bustling downtown, this monochrome frame captures the layered rhythm of city life. Locals weave through a corridor of informal traders and makeshift market mats, set against the colonial-meets-modernist backdrop of central Bogotá. The towering buildings signal a financial centre yet at street level, commerce takes a different form: second-hand clothes, rolled textiles, bicycles, and human exchange.
The Banco Pichincha sign looms above, almost ironic against the modest street stalls and daily hustle beneath. A moment of duality, tension and quiet dignity the formal and informal economies walking side by side.
Shot by Ian Livesey, this print celebrates the raw brilliance of Colombias streets.
