Ian Livesey photographed Patrick Malahide amid the recreated chaos of a beach landing while working on the BBC feature-length drama “All the King’s Men” — a production that tells the true, haunting story of the Sandringham Company, whose men disappeared in action at Gallipoli in 1915.
